No returns are accepted unless pre-agreement is made with a customer.
But we do our best to get you the best solution if the item you buy causes you inconvenience.
If anything is wrong about an item delivered, please do not hesitate to contact us.
You have to notify us within 3 days after a purchased item is delivered to an address given. Please notify us by an email. If it delays, no reaction is expected from us.
Before you place an order, please keep these in mind.
−COLOR−
The item colors are influenced by your computer monitor specifications. Therefore you CAN’T claim on item colors if those are different from the ones on your monitor.
−VINTAGE−
All the vintage items have been refurbished with our expertise. We are one of the top workshops in Japan.
But you have to understand all the vintage items ARE old, NOT new. Small scratches, dents and discoloration are there.
You CAN’T make a claim if this is a reason.
−NEW−
We sell both new and vintage items.
For new items, we follow all the manufacturers’ rules. No exception. We will consult with a manufacturer every time a customer makes a claim. Please bear in mind that some of your claims may not be applied under their rules.
−DAMAGE−
Japan is a safe country but not 100%.
We pack your item with a special care. But only once in a while, the item is delivered damaged.
PLEASE CHECK THE ITEM FULLY AS SOON AS IT IS DELIVERED. AND IF THE DAMAGE IS FOUND, PLEASE CONTACT US.
AND IF THE DAMAGE IS FOUND, PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD ITS PACKING BOX.
As soon as we hear from you about the damage, we will contact a shipping company to get the investigation started.
The first step, we usually have a shipping company visit you to see and check the item and box. And it fills the case.
No case is filled without the investigation. Once the case has been filed, we start to prepare a replacement. If the same item can’t be prepared or it takes longer time to get you the same item than you expect, we will ask you if you want the full refund. When the full refund is agreed with you, it is paid right away to a bank account you specify. The bank account has to be domestic. The damaged item is collected by the shipping company.

All the sizes are on the web page. Please contact if you are unsure. The size is very important particular when the item is delivered to your site. Please check your door size and hallway size to fit enough to have an item go though.
−TRANSFER−
If a purchased item is transferred to another country after we make a delivery domestically, all the claims are NOT accepted. We DO NOT recommend any international transfers.

No return is accepted.
All the shipped items are fully insured. If you find any damages on the item. Please contact your local agency to file the claim. If you want us do some paperwork to file the claim, please let us know. We will do our best.
